Return and Credit Policy

We offer a money-back guarantee on any product and returned within 14 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.

For any returns after this time, please contact us. We will refund your original purchase price (excluding handling and shipping charges), or we will replace your order. Please include a copy of your invoice if requested. In most cases we can provide a credit although a restocking fee may apply. Refunds will be made via your original payment method used to make your purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within seven (7) days.

All claims for short shipments or damage must be made no later than 14 days from shipment date. All requests for proof of delivery must be received within 90 days of purchase date. Requests for return authorization is required on all items returned beyond the 14-day money back period. Note a Claim for non-delivery by the Courier will sometimes require a Statutory Declaration to be completed for the Claim to be accepted - this is a requirement of our Courier Company.

Unless otherwise stated, all products have a warranty of 6 months from Purchase date or 3 months from Installation date.


The Buyer shall inspect the Goods on delivery and shall within fourteen (14) days of delivery notify the Seller of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, damage or failure to comply with the description or quote. The Buyer shall afford the Seller an opportunity to inspect the Goods within a reasonable time following delivery. If the Buyer fails to comply with these provisions, the Goods shall be conclusively presumed to be in accordance with the terms and conditions and free from any defect or damage.
